1. What this covers

This Privacy Policy describes how Seysoft collects, uses, and stores information through the Seysoft website and account dashboard (the "Service"). It does not cover data on your own server running the Seysoft container stack — we have no access to that.

2. Information we collect

Account information: name and email address when you register. Billing information: handled directly by Stripe — we do not receive or store your full card number. We do store a reference to your Stripe customer/subscription so we know what plan you're on. Support requests: name, email, and message contents when you use the Contact or Report a Bug forms. Usage data: standard server logs (such as IP address and request timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

To create and manage your account, process payments and issue license files, respond to support and bug report submissions, and maintain the security and reliability of the Service.

4. What we don't do

We don't sell your personal information. We don't have visibility into your server, its configuration, or anything running inside your Seysoft container stack.

5. Third parties

We use Stripe to process payments and manage subscriptions, subject to Stripe's own privacy policy. We may use an automated bot-check on registration to reduce fake sign-ups.

6. Data retention

We retain account and billing records for as long as your account is active and as needed to comply with legal and accounting obligations. Support and bug report submissions are retained to track and resolve the issue reported.

7. Your choices

You can update your account details from your dashboard at any time. To request deletion of your account or data, contact us.

8. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect account and billing data, including never storing your card number ourselves and keeping the private key used to sign licenses restricted to our own infrastructure. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
