These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Seysoft website, account dashboard, and licensing service (together, the "Service"), operated by Seysoft ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms.
Seysoft is a self-hosted admin console you run on your own server. This Service handles account creation, billing, and issuing a signed license file to your account dashboard. We do not host, operate, or have network access to your server or the container stack running on it.
You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access.
Seysoft is offered on Monthly, Yearly, and Lifetime plans as described on the Pricing page. Monthly and Yearly plans renew automatically and are billed through Stripe until cancelled. Lifetime is a one-time payment with no recurring charge. Prices are shown at checkout and may change for future billing periods with notice.
A paid plan entitles you to a signed license file for use with your own installation of the Seysoft container stack, subject to any limits shown at checkout or in your dashboard (such as node limits). License files are tied to your account and must not be shared, resold, or redistributed. We may revoke a license obtained through fraud or a reversed/charged-back payment.
You may cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the end of the period already paid for. We do not prorate partial-period refunds by default — contact us if you believe your situation warrants an exception.
You agree not to attempt to circumvent license verification, reverse engineer the licensing or signing mechanism, or use the Service to violate applicable law.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fully secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seysoft is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages related to your own server or infrastructure, which remains entirely under your control.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
